Shipping Policy

Glaminizers LLC ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.glaminizers.co ) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our provided service.

General

 Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer the entirety of your order be held until all items in said order can be shipped together.  

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order, by accordance or USPS. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. We reserve the right to adjust said shipping fees to various locations, destinations at any time, when applicable by us, in our sole discretion. 

3. Returns

Glaminizers LLC does not accept returns and all sales are final. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse any refund to any customer using our site - https://www.glaminizers.co to shop our products.

3.1 ChargeBacks and Fraudulent Misconduct

Glaminizers LLC will not be subject to chargebacks. Considering we allow customers to utilize the safer way to pay, PayPal, you may file claims on goods purchased. Please be aware Glaminizers LLC has rights to take legal action against anyone who files a false claim about the quality or representation of our products in order for them to receive money back for an existing order to which they have already received which is in good standing.  This is known as a fraudulent transaction and we take these matters and claims very seriously. We use our highest efforts to quality control and only send out products that are of the utmost quality. There is no space to file a “not as described” claim for out products. If an item is damaged, reach out to use for further help, and/or a potential replacement. Otherwise, all claims made to falsely describe and represent our products will be documented and legal action necessary will be taken. 

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, our USA shipping is 2-3 first class mail through USPS. Please note, your order will arrive in 2-3 days AFTER being processed. This does not account for the entire processing and shipping time. All orders must be processed prior to shipment and you can expect a 2-3 day additional wait time per your order while it’s shipping to you. 

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are most often processed within 3-7 business days of the order date. 

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. Please understand that Glaminizers LLC can take up to 12 business days to ship out any and all orders from the date to which they were placed. We do not ship on weekend and will only be shipping out orders Mon-Fri. 

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been fully processed or dispatched. Please email us at - glaminizerscustomerservice@gmail.com with the subject line “Shipping Address Change” 

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Glaminizers LLC will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Please be aware that if current P.O. box fees go unpaid or you do not pick up your package, it could get sent back to our facility, to which we have no control over. Shipping will need to be repaid in order to send out the package again. 

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service internationally at this time. 

4.7 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item unless you request the initial, in stock items to be shipped first, and the out of stock item to be shipped when stock arrives. 

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please look into the tracking history of your package prior to contact us. Once you’ve looked into it’s last location and feel the package may be lost, or being sent to the improper address, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Customers receive email notification or phone number notification from us via glaminizerscustomerservice@gmail.com when an order is initially placed and when the order is shipped from our facility. Customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. It is the customers responsibility to track and remain aware of any issues with their package in transit and make us, Glaminizers LLC, aware of it as soon as possible. 

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps. See section 9.1 for further assistance. 

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

When applicable, sales tax will be applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. Glaminzers LLC does not pay taxes prior to shipment and is not legally responsible for paying said taxes or any accrued fees for international shipping or customs. This varies by country, and Glaminizers LLC encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Glaminizers LLC at the customers expense, and the customer will not receive a refund in said situation. The order will be held for (4) months and can be shipped again if shipping is re-paid. 

8. Cancellations

We do not accept any order cancellations. All sales are final. If you would like to send an inquiry regarding your order please email - glaminizerscustomerservice@gmail.com 

9. Insurance

The majority of our packages are shipped by first-class mail except specific items when weighing up to a certain amount. Orders weighing over 16oz (1lb) are shipped priority mail and can have paid insurance. 

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

When an item arrives damaged, the most important thing to do is take photos of the damaged or defective item. Send all photos and your information, order number included to - glaminizerscustomerservice@gmail.com with “Damaged Package” in the subject line. 

We proceed to file a claim with the postal service and will promptly get back to you with our plan of action, whether that be sending out a new item, refunding your shipping fee, etc. 

Glaminizers LLC is not legally required to send out replacements for damaged orders, however, we do in majority of situations.

9.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement when orders go missing on behalf of the postal service. Only as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost. Glaminizers LLC is not legally obligated to refund for all missing or lost packages. We may choose to send replacement products instead of monetary refunds, in our sole discretion, we reserve the right to choose the course of action.
