ARE ALL PRODUCTS FROM OWL 100% VEGAN?

YES! Our products are 100% vegan and contain primarily plant-ingredients. Rest assured that every product from us contains absolutely no animal products, ingredients, or by-products. (our owner is vegan 😉)

DO YOU USE PRESERVATIVES?

No, we do not use synthetic or chemical preservatives. 

WHAT MAKES OUR PRODUCTS DIFFERENT FROM TRADITIONAL 'NATURAL' PRODUCTS?

Unlike many brands on the market claiming to be true 'clean beauty', we stand apart as genuinely and intentionally clean beauty and ritual care products. We prioritize plant-based and plant-extracted ingredients. Not only do we want chemical-free products, we want synthetic and artificial free products too! The majority, if not all, of our ingredients list is comprised of plant oils, essential oils, extracts, minimally processed earth-based ingredients - and we're gonna keep it that way! We promise! 

HOW CAN I ASSURE YOUR PRODUCTS ARE CRUELTY-FREE?

We are in the process of obtaining a Leaping Bunny certification for our products. Although, we have always been cruelty-free with or without the stamp of approval. Our furry friends are a gigantic priority to us. We do not compose any tests on animals during any part of the product-making process nor do our ingredient suppliers do such. We have additional paperwork as well from all of our ingredient suppliers and their third-party suppliers which confirms their lack of testing any part, portion, or packaging of the product on animals.  

DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS?

Due to the nature of our products and the current size of our company, we do not accept returns as it's unfeasible for us with our hand-made production practices. We hope, in the future as we grow, to be able to offer an outstanding return policy to our customers. However, we have not once had someone attempt to return an item, they love them that much 🙃

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be cancelled if they are not being processed by the shipping department or already in transit. Any order placed, can be canceled by emailing support@onlywithlove.com with the order number and contact up until the order is fully processed. Processing time varies so it's often best to be proactive in reaching out if you may need to cancel your order.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We do not accept exchanges on products.

THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK

We are constantly restocking our best-sellers and favorites! Because our products are made of such high-quality plant-ingredients, they are made primarily in smaller batches. We run restocks of our most-loved items every month, so rest assured you'll never go for an extremely long stretch without your skincare!
